DESCRIPTION
In GroupM, we are looking for a passionate, highly driven, and curious CRM manager to join our Digital Experience Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success on complex CRM campaign management and ongoing project management. The candidate must be able to analyze and proactively support the development of customer journeys in their entirety, from a strategic and business perspective.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Play a key role in design, definition and planning of CRM initiatives.
- Manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in order to lead the whole process, from data collection up to final presentation and discussion with the client.
- Work with cross department teams to analyze business requirements and enable the technical team to transform them in functional use case design in order to personalize communications across owned online channels (e.g. eCommerce website)
- Coordinate Customer Experience design activities at an strategic level and translate them into tasks for the technical team.
ABOUT YOU
- 4+ years of experience in CRM project management roles
- Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing, Engineering Management, Computer engineering or any related fields.
- Up to date on the new technological landscapes and current trends in e-Commerce and CRM
- Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (in particular Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Oracle Responsys)
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Strong data management skills to effectively support the Data Analyst with data extraction and performance analysis.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and autonomously.
- Experienced working in a matrixed environment
- Highly organized with strong quantitative analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with ability to communicate effectively both within the network (GroupM agencies) and to a range of client levels.
- Proven ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Fluent English is a must.
